CANS
Cans contain more recycled material and their lower weight reduces carbon emissions from transportation.
STEAM
We use on-site generated steam which is much more efficient than natural gas.
WATER METERING
We exceed industry standards of 5 gallons of water : 1 gallon of cider by metering water usage and sloping our floors toward drains for increased water conservation.
RENEWABLE ENERGY
We invest the equivalent of 60% of our energy in renewable energy sources.
